aside from apparel, we do not offer returns or refunds on our pre-orders and in-stock products. if there is a problem, please email us at and we will try our best to resolve any issues. refunds may be offered if we cannot find an adequate solution for certain issues.

replacements are available for products with missing items, dents, scratches and scuffs only within 14 days of receiving the order to ensure that the products are in unused condition. we encourage all buyers to carefully inspect the product within that timeframe. if replacements are otherwise required for defects that do not fall under missing items, dents, scratches and scuffs, we allow 30 days to submit a replacement request. you may contact us at to request a replacement. 

we understand that accidents happen and keys can be misplaced during use. we now offer/accept requests for individual key replacements past the 14 day deadline. however each replacement request will be charged a $5 replacement fee and all shipping costs are the customers responsibility. due to the limited quantity of certain items, not all replacements will be made available. please contact us at to find out if you are eligible.

we offer returns and exchanges on apparel products with sizes within 14 days of receiving the products. however, pre-paid return labels will not be provided by us. if size exchanges are unavailable, we can only offer refunds. if the apparel is returned in unsellable condition (stains, pet hair), we may not be able to refund your order and ship back your product.
