aside from apparel, we do not offer returns or refunds on our pre-orders and in-stock products. if there is a problem, please email us at and we will try our best to resolve any issues. refunds may be offered if we cannot find an adequate solution for certain issues.

replacements are available for products with missing items, dents, scratches and scuffs only within 14 days of receiving the order to ensure that the products are in unused condition. we encourage all buyers to carefully inspect the product within that timeframe. if replacements are otherwise required for defects that do not fall under missing items, dents, scratches and scuffs, we allow 30 days to submit a replacement request. you may contact us at to request a replacement. 

we offer returns and exchanges on apparel products with sizes. however, pre-paid return labels will not be provided by us. if size exchanges are unavailable, we can only offer refunds. if the apparel is returned in unsellable condition (stains, pet hair), we may not be able to refund your order and ship back your product.
